Cotter Pins and Hitch Pins

Cotter pins are unthreaded wire-formed fasteners inserted into a drilled hole, typically a clevis pin, shaft, or drilled bolt. The pin has a split end that, once separated, secures the assembly. Cotter Pins are also known as Split Pins or Cotter Keys.

Hitch Pins have a high shoulder design allowing them to fit a wide range of sizes of Grooved Clevis Pins, Headless Pins and shafts. Also known as Hair Pins or Hairpin Cotter Pins.
