How do I return an item?

Aspen Fasteners - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We believe you should only pay if you are completely satisfied with Aspen Fasteners. We want you to feel secure and confident purchasing from us and be 100% satisfied with your decision.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange, replacement, or refund. Just contact our customer service at 1-800-479-0056 or aspenreturns@aspenfasteners.com for an authorization number. We want everyone to have the most positive shopping experience with Aspen Fasteners.

A return authorization number is required to return an item. Materials received by ASPEN Fasteners without prior approval and authorization number will be returned, freight collect, to the Purchaser. Returning materials for credit or exchange are subject to a minimum restocking charge of $25.00 or 20% of purchase value of goods. The restock fee applies to all returns with the exception of returns due to manufacturing defects and order processing errors. All returns should be shipped freight prepaid. If ASPEN Fasteners determines the product to be defective, or a result of a processing error, Purchaser’s account will be credited, including the appropriate freight charges. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form provided by ASPEN Fasteners. All returns must be received withing 30 days. Returned items must be unaltered in any way, and must be in the original packaging.
